So, this was my first wedding shoot. I don’t have decent gear. I’m using a Canon 10D (6mp) with a fixed zoom, I think it’s 200mm, and then I had to use a borrowed Nikon D40 for anything else. They asked me to be their primary photographer, yet I have ZERO experience in shooting anything. I just shoot for fun! ANYWAYS, I said yes, but they would have to ask a few other friends just in case mine end up terrible.
The church was pretty dark inside, so I had to shoot most of the photos at an ISO of 400, which is quite grainy. Not only that, I dont have any flashes, lamps or lighting equipment whatsoever…. so this was quite a challenge. So to remedy the blurry dark shots, I edited them in such a way that makes them look quite over-processed, but obviously with that intent. So some look like a painting because it was really just that dark in there. **Sigh**
Anyways, heres a few to start with, i’ll turn this post into a gallery with my favorite shots, and some overdone edits.
